Barbara Bathroom

Barbara had some space at the end of her laundry room, so we took out a closet and made room for a bathroom.

I filled in an old doorway, built a new wall and a new doorway for this bathroom, rewired the electrical and plumbing to accommodate a jacuzzi tub, a heater/light fan, and a plug at the new vanity.

By removing part of the wall at the back of the tub area, I created a space for future glass shelves for shampoos, etc..

I also had to jack hammer the floor out to tap into the main line for a toilet.  I put duct work in for the exhaust fan to exit through the roof.

Barbara wanted to have a deep jacuzzi tub. She didn't want the spout to be in the way of stepping into the tub, so we moved the spout to the far wall.

These tiles are porcelain and are made to go together as a set.  The pattern is an inverted pyramid, with three decorative tiles, then two decorative tiles, and one decorative tile at the bottom.

Barbara really likes chrome and brass combinations, which is reflected in her fixture colors.
