Becky decided to go with a 1-ft square ceramic tile in her kitchen and bathroom (not shown) with gray grout.

Becky was great to work with and a good example in ways homeowners can save money.  *Her boys pulled out the linoleum and underlayment to save some money for her and give her boys an earning opportunity from her.  *Her husband took out the dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator in preparation. *After we discussed the material needs, I made her a list and she went out and bought all the materials and had them ready at her home before I showed up to start.  All these things allowed the job to get done faster and saved her money.

Becky wanted to do something with the wall above the counter top.  One of my suggestions was to have the wall over the countertop match the floor.  So, she decided to have me tile her backsplash.
